Carmel Popcorn

1 1/2 cubes Butter
3/4 cup Karo Syrup
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar

~ Boil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Pour over large bowl of popcorn.
